		<description>I placed an order on April 25, 2008 for birthstone grandmother pendants for Mother's Day. The order was supposed to be completed in 2-4 weeks for personalized items. Needless to say, Mother's Day has come and gone and still no jewlery has been shipped (according to their site, it is still being manufactured). It is now May 25, 2008 and today I receive an email from the company saying the order is delayed. They cannot give me an estimated ship date, but will contact me again soon. 
I tried to contact customer service, but received an automated response saying they were working to complete my order, and it will be shipped soon. Their customer service is worthless - and if you need anything personalized you had better order at least 8 weeks in advance!</description>

		<description>Some things aren't a bargain, and thebabyoutlet.com is no bargain.  Their service during and after the sale has been nothing short of pathetic.  They indicated that the item I purchased would be shipped in 3-5 days, did not occur for over a week.  Furthermore, their return policy and process is the equally as awful.  I followed their instructions and sent the product back to them.  No credit on my card.  Don't try to talk to anyone there.  They offer a phone number that is hooked up to an answering machine.  According to the answering machine, their cust. service reps are busy.  That is probably true if they treat all their customers with such disregard.  I am still waiting for a phone call back from a real person 6 hours after calling ( I have called 4 times, recording everytime.  They appear  to have no live person there to pick up a phone.  )  It seems as though this "company" simply sends from the manufacturer, and really has no concern with customer service.  I'd advise them to take the customer service link off their website, as it is non-existent.  By the way, past emails have requested they call me and pleaded for a number to contact them, unfortunately, they never attempt to do either.  Very sad, and I am out $48 dollars!</description>

I'm sick and tired of being dictated too what clothes they don't want me wearing!!!!!  In the current Monterey Bay catalog there are 17 items I would like to buy but can't because they won't offer but a few things in WOMEN's sizes!  OVER 52% of American women wear WOMEN'S SIZES!!!!!  START PROVIDING ALL CLOTHING IN SIZES IN WOMENS SIZES!!!!!!  IT'S NEAR IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND NICE DESIGNER CLOTHES IN WOMEN'S SIZES!!!!!!
