Their service during and after the sale has been nothing short of pathetic. They indicated that the item I purchased would be shipped in 3-5 days, did not occur for over a week. Furthermore, their return policy and process is the equally as awful. I followed their instructions and sent the product back to them. No credit on my card. Don't try to talk to anyone there. They offer a phone number that is hooked up to an answering machine. According to the answering machine, their cust. service reps are busy. That is probably true if they treat all their customers with such disregard. I am still waiting for a phone call back from a real person 6 hours after calling ( I have called 4 times, recording everytime. They appear to have no live person there to pick up a phone. ) It seems as though this "company" simply sends from the manufacturer, and really has no concern with customer service. I'd advise them to take the customer service link off their website, as it is non-existent. By the way, past emails have requested they call me and pleaded for a number to contact them, unfortunately, they never attempt to do either. Very sad, and I am out $48 dollars!
